consider this your “don’t wear a mask” malicious compliance starter pack:
they tell you not to wear masks so they can profile you and intimidate you, while they let their mouth-breathing, couch-fucking gestapo abduct, torture, and traffic your neighbors. fuck that.
yeah, you could just say “eff that” and not comply. but if you’re understandably worried about palantir creating a massive database for the fascist police state metastasizing around us, masking up makes sense. sure, you can still wear N95 maaks and bandannas, but you’re sleeping on an even better strategy of malicious compliance with the following whimsical disguises:
clown paint, Groucho Marx glasses, Santa suits, blow up t-rex costumes, full drag makeup, Cousin It, ZZ Top, super hero costumes, etc. and so forth.
Responding to fascist “no mask” mandates with joyful, malicious compliance not only boosts morale but also:

If a law is compatible with civil rights and socially compatible behaviours, why the need for masks? If persons who are complying with government enabled masking to carry out illegal government edicts are wearing masks to save them from well deserved contempt why should not protesters use legal make-up etc to comply with dictatorial outpourings. I welcome the day of the hedgehog super suit!
While recognizing that the “mandated” masking with ineffective paper masks during the faux “covid pandemic” was indeed not intended to protect against the theoretical phantom of a respiratory “virus” but was instead a demonstration of control, compliance and the destruction/deletion of individual identity furthering the fear based divide and conquer technique decimating cultures and i have never approved of protesters wearing masks to hide their identity- be proud of what You are willing to stand up and defend/fight for- i must admit that a battalion of activists in Groucho glasss is absolute genius!
